Fujairah National Catering Establishment is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Department
of Civil Aviation, Government of Fujairah, having the full responsibility of all
catering operations connected with Fujairah International Airport, Port of Fujairah,
Fujairah Free Zone and other Government factories. Operations of the establishment
is managed by a professional management team, trained and experienced staff from
different nationalities, along with modern communications and the latest in equipment
technology, to provide you with exactly what you require when and where you require.

The FNCE divides its operations into four separate units located in different areas:

Flight Catering Unit
|
|
Moderate in-flight kitchen serves the Airlines operating at Fujairah International
Airport and produce meals ranging from sophisticated International Cuisine to low
fat special diet meals, special and vegetarian dishes for children and in-house
preparation of breads and pastries. The unit is dedicated in providing passengers
with finest quality food, artfully prepared in hygienic conditions and tailored
to customer's individual requirements.
Catering Ramp Handling : Load/Unload and stow catering loads from/on aircrafts,
transfer catering loads on the aircrafts, transfer the catering loads between the
aircraft and agreed points.
Provides bonded, unbounded, air-conditioned, cold and deep freezer storage
accommodation.
Storage facilities of spare catering equipment, consumable material, food stock
and bar stock.
Cleaning services for the removable catering equipment, laundering of cabin
blankets and linen, remove and or destroy food and material leftover as per the
local regulations and or carrier instructions.

Terminal Restaurants

With its 75 seats dining, the public restaurant offers a range of tempting hot and cold
dishes, chilled drinks, tea and coffee through the day and night. Customers can make a
choice from the rich menu, prepared by experienced chefs trained in world-class cuisine.

Staff Catering - Labor Camp: Port of Fujairah

FNCE operates a commercial kitchen connected to four air-conditioned mess halls big enough
to accommodate 1000 people during each meal and offering food services to different ethnic
groups such as the Pakistanis, the Indians, Filipinos, and the Arabs. Necessary management
supervision and personnel employed to handle, procure, prepare and serve the three meals
per day, seven days a week with specified menus, maintaining and preserving at all times,
high standards of hygiene. The unit also provides dry and cold stores, catering equipment,
kitchen utensils, furniture and full maintenance necessary for the execution of the
contracted services.

Accommodation Services - Labour Camp: Port of Fujairah
|

FNCE offers well-furnished labour camp accommodation, located 100 meters north of the
Seaport entrance and composed of 14 Ground Floor Buildings of 12 rooms - with common
comfort rooms with 6 toilets, 6 shower rooms and washbasins. Each room is enough to
accommodate 6 persons and available to companies only on long and/or short term basis.
Such rooms are fully furnished with air conditioner, ceiling fans, curtains, bunk beds,
cabinets, mattresses, blankets and pillows with cases.
The rental rate is inclusive of water and electricity, cleaning and sanitation of the
Camp's communal areas with periodic pest control.
